[MR] Master Thomas

The Memorial Service for Master Thomas (ET Smith) will be on Saturday
at 2pm
at the Virginia Wingard Memorial United Methodist 1500 Broad River
Road,
Columbia, SC 29210 803-772-0794. 

  ET was always a helping hand when I joined the SCA in 1988 as a full
time member.  He was a Navy Aviator and told many service stories
after the fighting and feasting was over and we sat either around the
fires or tables and got to know each other.  Sad to say  many of the
newer SCAdians never had the chance to know him as many of us had in
those years.
