Unto Their Atlantian Majesties, Bryan and Brianna; to the Heralds of
Atlantia; to the Populace of Atlantia; and to all others who should read
these presents:

Greetings from Lord Mathias von Oldenburg, Pursuivant.
On the Twenty-Sixth day of February, in the Forty-Fifth year of the Society
(or 2011 by the Common Reckoning), a festival was held in the Barony of Dun
Carraig. It is my honor to report the proceedings of the Royal Courts of His
Majesty, Bryan of Sacred Stone, in the various Morning and Evening sessions
of that Court.

His Majesty opened court in the late morning, and spoke kind words of
greeting to the gathered populace.

Mistress Arianna Morgan came before the King, and asked for His Majesty's
indulgence, which was gladly granted. Mistress Arianna then had Brendon
O'Brien brought forth, and took his oath as her protege.

Lady Sophia Kress was next called forth, and His Majesty placed her on vigil
to contemplate elevation to the Order of the Laurel.

There being no further business at this time, Royal Court was then closed.

In the evening hours, His Majesty once again processed into Court, attended
by Her Excellency Dun Carraig.
His Majesty invited the children of Atlantia to come forth, and presented
unto them a basket of gifts, borne by Duke Ragnarr. Noting that His Grace
was attempting to make off with the basket as he spoke with the children,
His Majesty directed the children to use whatever force necessary to subdue
His Grace, whereupon the children set off in pursuit.

His Majesty then bid that any newcomers to Atlantia come forth, and did
speak with them.

Baroness Mary Isabel of Heatherstone and a troupe of dancers then came
before His Majesty and did entertain the assembled populace.

His Majesty then summoned Lady Lynet Semere, and inducted her into the Order
of the Opal.

His Majesty then granted leave to Baroness Lore Bubeck to conduct Baronial
Court, which will be reported separately by Her Excellency's herald.

Upon the resumption of Royal Court, His Majesty spoke of the recent loss of
Cathal MacLean, Baron of Dun Carraig, and did posthumously elevate Cathal
to Court Baron, with a Grant of Arms

Baron Dominick Elphinstone was called forth and inducted into the Order of
the Pearl

Sadb ingen Chonchobair was summoned before His Majesty, and given an Award
of Arms

Lord Matthew of Summerdale and Lady Adriana Michaels were called, and
inducted into the King's Missiliers

Lady Saige ferch Cedwyn was inducted into the Order of the Opal
Lord Geoffry de Cardeville was presented with the Coral Branch
Baron Jonathas Reinisch was called forth to present Karl von Königsberg with
his medallion as Grand Bowman Elite, and His Majesty then inducted Karl into
the King's Missiliers
Andreas Eirenikos was inducted into the King's Missiliers
Lady Lisette la Rouxe was inducted into the Order of the Pearl
Lady Elena Modarova vnuka was inducted into the Order of the Opal
Baron Khadir bar Yosef ha-Kuzari was inducted into the Order of the Pearl
Lady Sophia Kress was called forth, and His Majesty asked if she were still
minded to join the Order of the Laurel. She agreed, and worthies of the
Orders of the Chivalry, the Rose, the Pelican and the Laurel did speak the
praises of Lady Sophia. She was then invested with the regalia of the
Order, and the King took her oath as a peer.

This account is accurate to the best of my knowledge and complete to the
extent of the information available to me.
