[MR] A question about changes to the Marshal's Rules

Greetings Good Gentles,
 
I’ve got a quick question about Atlanta’s Marshal’s Rules. After taking two of the Marshals classes yesterday, I went to print Atlanta's Rules and noticed that the changes to Combat Archery from last September weren’t reflected in them. That got me wondering if there are other changes that haven’t been made yet. Is there a web site that lists all of the changes or an electronic archive of the Acorn?
 
If not, might I make a suggestion? I know we are all doing this part-time and it takes a lot of time and effort to go in and make changes to the Official Rules on line. (Thank you to who ever does that!) Could we create a webpage or an electronic archive of the new rules and policy changes? A site that the Earl Marshal can post a copy of the letter that he sends to the Acorn? Where I work, we have a “Temp-Book” where new rules, policies, and laws are posted until the changes are make in the permanent manual. After that, they are pulled off of the temp-book. It saves the people working on the manual tons of time, and gives the rest of us someplace to refer too. It’s just a thought!
