 Unto all who do read this missive, GREETINGS!!!! from Gisela Nereid Herald and event steward of the Known World Heraldic & Scribal Symposium to be held in High Point, NC THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!!

DANCING: The good m'lady Elizabeth Sabine de Northumberland will lead and teach dancing during the Social Saturday Night to lovely CD recorded dance music.

NAME BADGES: If you have pre-registered or are certain to attend, please send me information for your Name Badges OFF LIST. Your SCA NAME, COURTESY TITLE (Lord, Baroness etc) HERALDIC TITLE or Heraldic or Scribal OFFICE and KINGDOM. OFF LIST at Gisela DOT vomKreuzbach AT gmail DOT com

MERCHANTS: We have four pre-registered merchants set to attend: John Neal Books with scribal and book binding supplies galore, White Wolf & Phoenix woven goods (This is Herveus & Megan), Pigments & Pearls selling hand made brushes, hand ground pigments and "How-to" CDs as well as pearls and a lady selling books and other items.

CLASSES: All day Saturday from 9 am till 6 pm. Sunday morning Scribal classes and the Heraldic Laurel Roadshow

HOSPITALITY SUITE: There will be a Hospitality Suite, open Friday evening, Saturday all day and Sunday morning till about noon. Our hope is that everyone will come to the Hospitality suite to meet others, enjoy some great food and, for those who attend this event on a tight shoe string, give some breathing room on that budget so no one lays out from lack of good nutrition.

SOCIAL: There will be a Social from 7 pm till about 11 pm. Games, Companionship, Dancing (see above), Heraldic Fashion Show and a Dramatic Reading of Wise Guys Get Lenited!

SCRIBAL DISPLAY: During Class time on Saturday there will be a display of Scrolls and other Scribal works. Please bring your scrolls (received or created), your works in progress, things you're proud of, things you want advice on, the tables will be set up in the prefunction area and manned through out the day.

HERALDIC RESOURCE DISPLAY: Tables will be set up and manned throughout Saturday's Class time to make Heraldic Books and other resources available for folks to look at. If you have books you are willing to allow to be displayed for folks to page through, please bring them. 

PROCEEDINGS: Are part of everyone's Gate fee (which is now $25). If you wish to purchase extra copies or are picking up copies for other folks, please contact me OFF LIST so we know how many to create and will have them ready for you. We will have extras available at the event but it makes it easier on every one to have pre-orders.  =o)
