I am going to offer this for sale on a well known on-line forum. I wanted to
give Atlantians a chance to purchase for obvious reasons.

To be up front with everyone: if I have more than one buyer, I'll pick one of
you at my whim for whatever reason I decide.

The photo above is NOT our tent, but is from Tentsmiths website. If I get
photos up, it won't be for another week, at least.

My wife and I have decided to sell our Pavilion. It doesn't see enough use and
it is way too big for just me. My wife doesn't come out as much as she used to.

We purchased the tent from Tentsmiths in 2004. It has been up 8 times to use
and one other time for cleaning. All in all, it has seen less than 24 days
set-up in that time. It made one Gulf Wars and the rest were all local events
here in WH. It has never seen Pennsic and has -always- been stored dry and
-not- in a vinyl container. It is in wonderful shape and very clean. I cannot
say that it is perfect, but it looks like it has been used -less- than 8 times.
The only noticeable stains are on the sod cloth where they belong. Anyone who
has owned a new pavilion knows that it never looks like the first time it was
put up and this is no exception. Still, it is in better shape than most, or
maybe any, pavilion that has been up 8 times. Here is a list of particulars:

13' X 19' (I think - I've slept since 2004 and we either asked for the 13x19
with 6' walls or went with the 13x22. We won't know the truth until we set it
up)

Slanted walls give the tent a footprint of +18"
Walls are 6'3" high
Canvas is Sunforger Flame Retardant
The treatments at the shoulder are Roman or Sine and are Forest Green

Perimeter Poles are ripped 2"X4" with rounded edges and 3/8" pins in the top
Perimeter Ropes are 1/4" Manila hemp
Ridge set up is overbuilt for raising by one person - 2"X6" construction with
two uprights, ridge runner, and rail done with mortise and tenon joinery, and
linseed oiled
Guy ropes for raising and stability in high winds is 5/8" (I think - it's
thick).
Perimeter Stakes are Panther foot longs. I have misplaced the stakes for the
walls, but if I find them I will throw them in
This tent has the best wall hanging system in the business.
BEST OPTION EVER!!! - Roof Vent is super-totally-incredible-awesome and lets
heat escape through the roof (as well as wind and morning farts)

we have $1300 into the canvas alone, and another $300 on wood, rope, stakes, and
container.

This is firm - I'll take $900 for the canvas and $150 for the set-up. $1,050
total and they go together. This is not really something that you want to
ship. I'll be happy to work with you on transfer. If you are close enough, we
can meet half way if you cover some gas. I prefer cash or cashier's check. You
can use PayPal if you reimburse me for their tax.
