[MR] Heavy Melee Practice Sunday, June 19

Comrades, 

There will be a heavy fighting melee practice at the site of the 
Storvik Novice and Unbelt Tournament on Sunday, June 19, at 11 a.m. 
This practice will be run on the "Blackspear" model. For those not 
familiar with it, that means: 

--It's free! 
--We start at 11 a.m. SHARP. Blows are landing at 11:02. 
--Minimal time will be spent with things like water breaks and 
talking. We're here to fight! We'll normally have no more than 
5-minute breaks. 
--We usually do open field, then move to a contested objective 
resurrection, then a limited front with a limited number of 
resurrections. If time allows, we'll branch out into other fun stuff. 
--Units fight together. 
--CA in all scenarios. 

We'll fight for 3 hours or until people drop, so, again, don't be late! 

This is going to be a great time and will give all of us a chance to 
knock the rust off before Pennsic. It would be great to see baronial 
units and households in full force! We also could use marshals and 
marshals-in-training.
