[MR] Updates to Kingdom Web Site

[Atlantia Web Minister]

Good evening, Atlantia!

I've pushed an update to the Kingdom Web Site tonight.  The minutes from
Curia at Sapphire Joust are now reachable from the main page or directly at
http://atlantia.sca.org/sapphire_curia.php.  I've also published several
open deputy positions for the Web Minister's Office.  That message is also
available on the main page and directly at
http://atlantia.sca.org/web_deputies.php.

This is just an incremental update to the site; not the major facelift that
is certainly in the planning stages.  Nevertheless, I welcome any feedback
about the changes, and in particular would like to know if anyone finds
something that does not work.
