[MR] Highland River Melees - Thanks

I hope that everyone had fun at Highland River Melees this past weekend.

I would like to thank the effort put in by Baron Flaithri in running
the Rapier fighting.  He came and ran it even while not feeling well.

For the archery range, my thanks to Lord Donal for keeping the range
open so that people could shoot royal rounds.

On the heavy list, the ton of authorizations and enjoyable fighting
could have been done without the assistance of many marshals,
including Sir Alfred, Baron Jonathas, Lord Erich, Lord Godai, Lord
Seamus, and many more.

Last, but certainly not least, I want to thank Lady Kunigunde who ran
the MoL with various assistance.  Without her, nothing could have
happened.
