ThLord Stefan has generated an Idea in my brain....
 
Money for nothing, and an award for free
or how to raise some Much needed Kingdom cash -- 
 
Establish the order of the Blue Fleece
a Non-armergenious order, non-polled and no Coronet, just a blue heraldic fleece hung on a plain black chain around the wearers collar.
to attain the order the wearer has pledged and paid $500 to the crown as a donation towards expenses.
additional donations of the same amount adds a token from the reigning Cronws to the collar.
