Your Excellency -
         Unless I'm mistaken, which I admit that 
I may be, no one who posted in regard to this 
matter provided any names, either Society or 
mundane.  As far as I remember, the information 
provided in these postings could only "identify" 
him to people who were onsite at the time, and 
who observed his behavior -- and even for those 
people, most if not all of them only knew him as 
:that guy who . . ."  This is a far cry from 
"personally identifying information" such as 
"John Q. Public, age 19, SSN 123-45-6789, 123 Main Street, Anytown VA".
         Does that not meet the ethical and legal 
standards, including HIPPA, which are applicable 
here?  We pretty much have to discuss how to deal 
with various circumstances, including the general 
problem of how best to deal with people who may 
be presenting some of the symptoms (behaviors???) described.
         Again, I'm not trying to cause a 
problem, merely trying to facilitate education.
