[MR] People banned from SCA events

Axel, don't forget the Anime community. I know that 2 of the 8 members
of the NCRC Anime Group have been professionally diagnosed with
Aspergers. And Robert is not one of them.
In case anyone is wondering what my point is: Having problems is part of
being human, it's more common than you think, and once you know what
someone is dealing with then they are easier to communicate with.
