The information we gave you pertains only to Atlantia. Trimaris' fees will likely be different. Each kingdom has its own forms & fees. Your friend needs to fill out Trimarian forms which he can find at    http://www.trimaris.org/herald-lymphad

An e-mail to Meistari Haakon Bjornsson Lymphad Herald at lymphad at trimaris.org  will direct him to the correct local herald and tell him how much the submission will cost.  Haakon is a good guy and doesn't bite or anything ... well ... ok ... but not hard. Well ... ok ... but only if you ask nicely ...

I like to think I'm pretty good with a search engine but could not find the info 



to save my life. Now my friend can be better prepared when he delivers his 

submission to a local herald (he just moved to Trimaris & doesn't know who's who 



yet). Knowing ahead of time how much things will cost really helps those who 

have to pinch pennies and plan ahead for every luxury.
