[MR] Event Flyers Online!

Greetings!

There is no rule about SPIKING an event more than 3 months ahead of
time.  You can SPIKE something out as far as you want.  The only time
constraints would have to do with deadlines for your complete event
flyer to appear in the printed Acorn so that it would be official.

For example, if you wanted to hold an event this September, you'd have
to have it SPIKED and a completed flyer submitted by Aug 1 at the very
latest for your event to at least show up in the printed Acorn the
same month as the event.
