I've contacted a dealer who told me they're $5.25 apiece plus shipping. He said
that the shipping on a half dozen would be about $10. If anyone wants one, let
me know and I'll put in an order for several to save shipping and so forth.
(He also told me he has only a few on the shelf at present, because usually
those things are sold in late summer when harvesting is going on.)
They come with 1" or 1.25" holes. I would prefer the larger hole, since it
would not require much downsizing of the haft to get the head in place.
