Rockville is in the Shire of Roxbury Mill, and is particularly known for
archery (it's the home of the needwood archers). The heavy fighting and
fencing programs are starting up.

Storvik is to the east. It has very active practices on Monday nights in
College Park.

Highlande Foorde is to the north-west. Again, and active program. Meets in
Frederick.

Ponte Alto meets Thursday and Sunday in Virginia (to the south-west)--tyson's
corner area.

Many people attend two practices, one for fencing and one for heavy.
