[MR] Two email lists for our kingdom?

Could our kingdom have two email lists?

 

One list would be for announcements, pure and simple.  No discussions.  No
pontificating.  Just announcements.

Failure to follow list guidelines would be cause for immediate purge of the
offending messages and banning of those who sent them (originals and
replies).   

 

The other would be for whatever else people want to spend their time writing
about online.

 

I would very much like to subscribe ONLY to the first list.

 

I won't be reading this list to see if there are any replies because of the
immense amount of message traffic on it lately, 

but I live in hope that I'll see an announcement in the newsletter about the
new list.
