oh the stories ive heard about myself are staggering.  and yes, ive sat
there talking to a new face for twenty minutes about how evil i am and the
look on their face is priceless when i then tell them "hey thats me and i
wasnt even at that event".  ive heard stories about other folks that just as
farfetched.  gossip mills rarely turn out any semblance of truth.  its sad
really.  the best advice is to take everything with a grain of salt and
unless someone did or said something directly to you understand that you
dont know the whole truth.  also, before deciding someone has done you harm
ask them.  its simple and it would end the overabundance of
misunderstandings in the sca.

and, for the record, ive never eaten a human baby although our own daughter
seems to think its funny when i nibble on her wee little fingers.  >8^P
