[MR] An Odd Query

I am searchin g for a rather obscure film, the 1979 Romanian movie titled "Vlad Tepes" also sometimes known as "The True Story of Vlad the Impaler" and I figure if anyone would know how to find this thing it would be someone here.  I have checked all the places I know and can only find bits and pieces.  Does anyone know of a tape or DVD site that has obscure foreign films?
