All, First if there are people you know that are not on this list in NORTH CAROLINA Area that want to come out please pass along this information to them. I know there are a few members that are not on here in the NC Cav. because I don't have proper emails 
  
We have one more Open Barn before Atlantian 30! 
Location: Elchenburg Castle, 2239 Center Rd, Booneville, NC 27011 
August  26 (5 pm) – 28 (12 noon), 2011 
  
This is a chance to try out the barding, armor with other riders/horses …etc before the event. 
Nominal fee of $6.00 per person will be the fee to use the site. 
Because there is little time left…. the atmosphere will be fast paced.   Historically it is difficult to determine the length of time each rider takes to prepare their individual mount for riding… this is a chance to make ready and be available for set times.  Please note the outline below

wake up is on your own, feed, brush tack up is at your pace


7:00 AM

Breakfast will be laid out, eat at your pace

Mounted Joust - Herald is on station and in place

Lunch (Sandwiches, Chips drinks)



Rest horses during heat of day
