If they work long hours, spend a total of two and a half hours out of their day on the road just commuting, where does that leave time for SCA activities?

First of all, sorry I am late posting this
My suggestion for young adults is to play local to save on fuel and
enjoy as many non event activities as they can afford to enjoy, for
example, fighter practices and A & S activities. In my past, I have
belonged to many different fandom organizations and all of them go
through this process. This too will pass.
