I believe this list is for discussion but it is possible to have polite disagreement without mocking, ranting or demonizing.  That was my point.

um...is not the lists made for topics to be talked about?each of us has opinions,like thumbs,we have them and what we do with them is our responsibility.whether to see who posts and see the intentions they write,to those we know stir up trouble.
I mean there will be disagreements,but shouldnt we all take them with a grain of salt...and learn from it?

This was from the modern news recently which shows that disagreements have issues everywhere.

"We need to stop demonizing those that disagree with us."

======================
We should also be capable of showing respect to each other and not mock those in disagreement with us.  Two wrongs never made a right.

I have been responsible for both
 actions.  I have been the recipient of such actions 100 more times than I have given.

While we may not agree with each other at all times, shooting the message bringer is not acceptable either.

Personal responsibility and personal integrity are for the individual Respect is a two way street.

It's always best to remember these when posting.  Sometimes I fail.  Sometimes I remember but I try to work towards the upper hand.
