[MR] Two email lists for our kingdom

Please remember some people like forums, some people like email lists.
 I am personally too lazy when it comes to email/messages.  I want all
of a lists messages to come into the mail folder I have set up to
receive them and I want to be able to reply right from the email
program. Forums are way too much work in my opinion.
