IIRC Kendrick (the owner of this list) doesn't actually read it.
Rather he has provided it for years as a service to the Kingdom.
(Note I could be misremembering on this.)

The proposed list that you guys are talking about would take a fair
bit of work at moderating.  It's not as easy as saying "I wish there
was a 2nd list" and poof one happens.  If people really want such a
list I'd suggest they contact the Kingdom Webminister and ask how it
could happen (including volunteering their time to make it happen).
