[MR] Two email lists for our kingdom?

  You have to read it enough to find out if you should delete it.  That 
takes time AND it fills your head with all this unpleasant stuff you 
don't want in there.  The noise to signal on this email list is really, 
really high.   Because of the back and forth chit chat, you have the 
problem with people not trimming their responses.  I would gladly 
volunteer to monitor the announcement only list.  It would take less 
time than deleting the cosmic congestion off of this list.
