[MR] SCA Census..

Actually I was not the only one.
There was a whole thread last week about "why" the census was not out yet.
.. and the theory that the bod was hesitant to post the survey over what
they might have found.

The truth was much simpler.. it was a massive undertaking and the results
needed to be compiled and put in a pretty little power point presentation..
