I do get slander and libel mixed up frequently that is true.

However it's not about what we think is it?  It's about what the people accused of doing wrong think and whether they believe they have a right to sue us or not.  Thus putting SCA in a position where we could get sued seems a bit careless.

It is Ok to have an opinion about not liking the water.  But I'm concerned that telling people the water is unsafe goes from opinion to action and crosses a line that could get us in trouble.

Only those experienced in such cases will know.  However pushing that envelope doesn't seem wise.
