[MR] Pennsic Water Challenge

Greetings to the tavern!

Here is (I think) ALL of the info you might need in order to be of help to 
Atlantia's Army.


1)  Under the Atlantian pavillion, we use gallon water bought from a store. 
We pour it in a 5-gallon cooler with water so everyone has cold water to 
drink throughout the day.  We have a supply of small cups available 
HOWEVER-I get tired of picking these up when people throw them on the 
ground, so PLEASE try and either bring your mug or clean up after yourself 
like an adult.  :)

   HOW YOU CAN HELP:  Sign up to bring ICE:  Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs and 
Fri a.m.
                                              Bring water or encourage your 
barony to accept the
                                                    Baronial Water Challenge 
put forth by Baroness Graciella.

2)  We have snacks too!  And the fighters are not really picky :)  Usually, 
we have items on and off throughout the week such as pretzils, pickles, 
chips, M&Ms, trail mix, beef jerky, cheese, fruit, bread, crackers, etc I 
already have a kit with serving plates, mini-toothpicks, etc.

     HOW YOU CAN HELP:  Sign up to lay out the food one morning:  Mon, Wed, 
Thurs, Fri
                                                Sign up to put away food at 
end of day Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
                                                BRING ITEMS to eat.  Again, 
the fighters are not picky.
