[MR] Dayboard Etiquette Thoughts

There are people who have eating issues.  For instance, I can't eat the 
bread.  I might take two pieces of fruit.  Or, I don't eat beef, but I 
can eat chicken.  I might take two pieces of chicken and zero pieces of 
beef.  Vegetarians might have more bread and cheese and no meat.  I 
guess my point is that not everyone who varies from the recommendation 
is being greedy.
