[MR] JR's 3 C's: Courtesy, Chivalry, and Cheesecake

No, it includes all cheesecakes. I used the White Torta recipe from 
Platina, on right pleasure and good health, book 8 to make 2 cheesecakes 
for YMIR and they won me my first A&S award. One of them I added Carrob 
powder to so that it would have a chocolate taste. I have been working 
with another cheesecake recipe I found in "/The Closet of the Eminently 
Learned Sir Kenelme Digbie Kt Opened", /but I am having trouble 
redacting it. My oldest cheesecake recipe is so old that it is 
pre-period! I found this recipe while looking for the one I did at YMIR, 
it's over 2000 years old and cheese is one of only 4 ingredients in it.
