[MR] Volunteers for Atlantian Library at KASF

Good morning,

Dame Hrothny who previously planned to run the Atlantian Library at
KASF this weekend is now unable to do so.  Therefore, Lady Sophia
Kress and I will be coordinating the library, but we could use your
help.

We are in need of persons willing to help setup, staff the library
during the day, and clean up at the end of the day.  Shifts during the
day will consist of making sure no one brings, food, drinks, or bags
into the library, making sure patrons use the books respectfully,
helping locate materials, etc.

Atlantian Library Schedule:

8:30 AM — Adriana & Sophia arrive to setup.
8:30-9:30AM — Four or five volunteers needed for setup including
marking books as they arrive, moving tables, grouping books, etc.
9:30-11:30AM — Three volunteers needed to staff the library.
11:30AM-1:30PM — Three volunteers needed to staff the library.
1:30-3:30PM — Three volunteers needed to staff the library.
3:30-5:30PM — Three volunteers needed to staff the library.
5:00-5:30 — Four or five volunteers needed for cleanup including
sorting books to be returned, moving tables, etc.
