Are you planning to attend Ymir in Reidsville, NC February 18-20
hosted by the Barony of Windmasters' Hill?  Have you pre-registered
yet?

Yesterday evening there were only 10 spots for feast left and half the
available cabin space has been sold according to ACCEPS.  As of the
writing of this email, feast space may already be gone, but cabin
space is still available but will be going quickly.

All cabin and feast reservations must be made via ACCEPS
(http://acceps.ansteorra.org/regit/kingdom_event_display.php?kid=12).

Please note that there is an error in the Acorn flyer for Ymir.
Children 4 and under are free.  Children 5 and over must pay child
event fees.  The Acorn says children 6 and over pay.  ACCEPS and the
event web site are correct.

For your convenience, we have reserved room blocks at 2 hotels in
Reidsville, NC. Reserve your room by January 18, 2011 to receive the
group rate.  Each hotel must have at least 10 rooms reserved to honor
