Spring Assessment of the Army
Date of Event: March 4, 6p.m.- March 6, 11a.m.
To the Warriors of Atlantia, Heed your King's call to arms and come join us for a weekend of training and battle as we prepare to answer the call to War. Your King, Prince and Warlords have scheduled a day of training in preparation for the upcoming Gulf War and Blackstone Raids. This will not be a day for tourneys but for honing the skills of War. Melee training, melee training and more melee training.
There will be no Feast but a Grill will be provided to help cook whatever meat you bring out. It is our intention for there to be a large bonfire for the troops to gather around afterwards and share a drink or twelve and tell stories of battles and wars from our younger days.
Some tent space is being provided for those traveling from the greater distances. A large 20x40 will be set up Barracks style with space for the first 20 fighters to reserve such. Bring your own Bedroll or cot if you don't want to sleep on the ground.
Spread the word to far and near for the Army to gather that it may be sharpened and tempered for battle. War soon takes us from these fair shores and we shall once again show the Knowne World Atlantia's MIGHT.
