Stefan's ears perk up. "Royal Baker" competition?  Being an outsider, and because there might be other people for whom this is new, what is this? How is this Royal Baker picked? Is it who can bake the best period bread? Or puddings? or pizza? Or Royalty :-), Or just what? Is this a bake-off using a period heat-mass oven or over a campfire, or what?
