[MR] Backlog scrolls

Greetings,

As backlog deputy I would like to remind ALL scribes to let either the Clerk 
Signet or myself know what scroll you are working on. We track the scrolls 
with the OP database. We are currently trying to update it to current 
counts. We need to know all scrolls that are assigned, commissioned, in 
process and those done that may not be recorded. The Clerk Signet also 
announced at Unevent that all scrolls assigned will have an annual review to 
see if completed. If you do not remember all the scrolls that you have 
promised to do, we might be able to tell  you that from the database.

So PLEASE send me a list of all KINGDOM level award scrolls that you are 
working on, have promised to do, accepted as commission, and completed that 
need to be updated in our database. THANK YOU.
