[MR] Youth Classes Track at University

Youth classes have been held at several previous universities. One of the
main problem with them is that the teachers do not get credit towards
teaching these classes, so if you have someone willing to do a couple of
hours, that means they are not getting class OR teaching credit for those
hours.
Glad to see that the youngsters are having class again!
