Try looking in your inbox or email archive with a search parameter of ACCEPS
or look for a source of acceps-admin at ansteorra.org. That may bring up the
confirmation with confirmation # that you got when you reserved.

I can't seem to find the original thread now... but didn't I read that we
will need to bring our ACCEPS receipt when we check in with Troll for 12th
Night? If so, I don't have and can't locate that receipt, but I am
registered. If I can provide the debit from my checking acocunt, will that
suffice?

Helen

From the QPB website:
he Time Traveler's Guide to Medieval England
Learn about Medieval history from the frontlines! History expert Ian
ortimer transports readers to squalid old England in The Time
raveler's Guide to Medieval England, a warts-and-all survey of
veryday 14th century life. Mortimer's unique visitor's-guide
pproach gives readers a stunning sense of being there. The
opulation's young (half are 21 or younger) but surprisingly diverse:
ou have farmers, fighters, jugglers, mariners and more!
Mortimer discusses hygiene (or lack thereof), the horrors of
ontemporary medicine (with disturbing descriptions of the plague)
nd law (each town was decorated with hanging corpses of petty
hieves.) This tongue-in-cheek visitor's guide is amazingly
ntertaining and informative!

Greetings good gentles,
The Canton of Caer Gelynniog has offered to be our hosts for the 78th
ession of the University of Atlantia, to be held in Mineral, VA on
arch 5th. We will be using the same site that we were regretfully
nowed out of last year, in the hopes that a month later will not give
s similar weather. The canton has my great appreciation for their
nterest and willingness to serve.
In order to meet the needs of the students of Atlantia, we must
rovide a full session of fascinating and instructive classes for the
ay of learning. If you are interested in teaching a class, organizing
track of classes or have an idea for a class but don't know who to
urn to, please send a note to me at university at atlantia.sca.org or
se the other contact information for the University Chancellor in
our Acorn. I ask that you please send me your class proposal
nformation by Monday January 24th.
Note: We regret that the site will not allow for any brewing classes
t all, even those that don't require finished alcoholic beverages
n-site. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Please include the following information:
Instructor name (SCA and modern)
Class title
Fees (if any)
Max number of students (the default maximum is 30)
Duration of class (1 hour, 2 hours, or more)
Class description
Any special requests including equipment or space requirements for
he class, as well as any conflicts. This includes equipment the
nstructor would need from the site. E.g.:overhead projector, slide
rojector, etc. Equipment is not necessarily available, but it can't
urt to ask.
Once more with feeling,
istress Genevieve d'Aquitaine
hancellor, University of Atlantia
PS: Please forward onto any lists where Atlantian interests lay.
