Greetings to all,

The following is my report from Her Majesty Queen Brianna's evening court
held at Nottinghill Coill's Baronial Birthday in the Barony of Nottinghill
Coill, Feb 26th 2011,

Her Royal Majesty, Queen Brianna did command a court be opened in the great
hall in the evening hours following the court of Their Excellencies,
Nottinghill Coill and it was from hence She attended to the following
business.

Her Majesty first called Delia the Flammable before her and spoke of her
long service to the Kingdom and to the Barony of Nottinghill Coill and at
that was minded to induct her into the Order of the Opal.

She then summoned before her Thrythwulf of Eorforwic and his lady Bredach
and have praise to their work in the Equestrian skills, allowing others to
borrow their steeds and bringing their horses to events and demos to help
promote Equestrian in the Kingdom and as such she raised both into the
nobility and awarded both arms.

The next to be brought into Her Majesty's court was Meadhbh the Handy. Her
Majesty then asked if the assembled populace new of what she did to which
some replied in the affirmative. Her Majesty then spoke of Meadhbh's work in
the arts of herbalism and research into the medicines and salves of our
times and that she was minded to make account of that.To which the Order of
the Pearl was invited into Her Court and with a medallion presented to her
Lady Meadbhb was inducted and asked to rise and meet her new Order.

Next, Catherine of Cyddlain Downs was brought before Her Majesty and She
spoke of the service and work that Catherine has been performing in the
College of Heralds, her service as the deputy herald for Cyddlain Downs and
her willingness to learn and test herself with the evaluations within the
College. To which Her Majesty then awarded Catherine arms and raised her to
the ranks of the nobility.

The next business to be conducted did see Her Majesty have Baron Lucien de
la Rochelle commanded into Her court without haste and to the sounds of the
populace believing that Baron Lucien's renowned antics had perhaps caused
him to have unfortunate business before Her Majesty.

At this Baron Lucien then prostrated himself before Her in homage, to a
chorus of laughter thorough the hall he did kneel before Her as she spoke on
his over 10 years of continuous service as a herald, both at the local and
and as the Baronial herald for Nottinghill Coill. She stated that word had
came to her from all over Her Kingdom of the deeds of his service and that
such service was to be rewarded. She then invited the companions of the
Order of the Golden Dolphin into court and as they gathered around a
medallion was presented to Baron Lucien by Master Eldred which had a very
long and distinguished lineage and had been passed from heralds to heralds
for the most part of its existence last being held by Baroness Dierdre of
Hawkwood. Mistress Brig then placed the medallion on Baron Lucien and Her
Majesty bade him to rise and meet his Order.

As the final business before Her, she invited the Order of the Laurel into
Her court to which they processed in accompanied by the melodic strands of
beautiful music by musicians of our Kingdom.

Once assembled, Her Majesty summoned Baroness Etain of Sutherland before her
and asked her after sitting her vigil if she was still of mind to accept
elevation into the Order of the Laurel. Baroness Etain said that she was and
hence words were spoken by 5 worthies of each peerage.

First for the Chivalry, Sir Aelfred did speak

For the Order of the Rose, Countess Kari Kyst did speak

For the Order of the Pelican, Dame Morwenna Trevethan did speak

For the Order of the Laurel, Master Vortigern and Duchess Simone did speak

After the words of praise were spoken, a cloak, a medallion and a scroll
were presented.

The Scroll done by Master Eldred was read and Mistress Etain was asked to go
and meet her new order amidst a cheering that very near shook the very walls
that surrounded us.

Being no further business, the court of Her Majesty, Queen Brianna was
closed.

This report is true to the best my knowledge and memory and any errors are
mine and mine alone.

In service to the Crown I remain

~Lord Donngal mac Ronain, GoA, CCC
Pursuivant Extraordinary at-large, College of Heralds
