Greetings to the lists ~

Just so YOU know . . . 

    Other than all the participants on Friday night at the Newcomers' 
fellowship, there were partipants on Saturday that danced away from feast.

7 NEWCOMERS learned 7 DANCES starting at 7 O'CLOCK on Saturday!

To keep up with the newcomers, you need to know Official Bransle "Toss the 
Duchess, Petite Vreins, Hole in the Wall, Selengers Round, Maltese Bransle, 
Jenny Pluck Pears and Gathering Peasecods.

The other 7, for which I feel lucky, are thanks from me to:

    1.    Lord Adelric Falke, our Autocrat at Ymir for including dancing at the 
event BOTH Friday and Saturday;
    2.    Baroness Morwenna for rolling her SCA 101 class straight into my SCA 
Dance 101 on Friday night;
    3.    Lord Giovann for gracing us with beautiful music;
    4.    Mistress Alisoun for dusting off her "dancing" shoes;
    5.    Master James of Middle Aston for saving Sellengers Round on Friday;
    6.    my husband, Baron Johann, Lady Sophia the Orange, the other Sophia (I 
think), Lord Manus for "DJing", music and sharing cheat sheets on Saturday; and
    7.    ALL the dancers who participated and shared their enthusiasm..

We will dance again!  See you at University!
