Subject: [Bright Hills] Children's activities @ Birthday

  
Hello everyone,

Children's activities will be available after morning court until the hall is 
cleared for Feast. Children are welcome to work on any of the available 
activities at any point in the day, but I will be giving a demonstration of each 
one early and will be on hand to assist with questions and help later on. All 
the materials are provided for these activities.

The activities are:
Origami
Making paper fans (folded and otherwise)
Making sushi-shaped erasers from paper clay & learning about sushi
Making barrettes/hair clips with silk flower cherry blossoms (for the girls)
Coloring pages (markers and colored pencils provided)

Readings of Japanese myths and/or fairy tales will take place during lunch (as 
long as Godai remembers to bring me a book :). Kids are welcome to bring their 
lunch and listen to the stories. 


Hope to see lots of youngins! :P
