[MR] Added Competition

There are TWO Bardic competitions at Feast and Foolishness, and both are
open to anyone interested in entering.  The Parliament of Foules, "Sing For
Your Supper" is the premier competition, with eggs being given to performers
and the one with the most 'golden eggs' wins a reimbursement of their event
fee!

 In addition, there is the Creation Story competition, sponsored by Mona
Gerita della Mara asking that entrants tell a story about the beginnings of
Highland Foorde (no one said it has to be facts only).  A prize will be
given.

So, DO come out!  You'll need to pre-register, on ACCEPS or by mail.
