Greetings, Mistress Edwina Dirks Sterne here.

We are looking for teachers to teach all things Middle Eastern (including
the far East, India, Persia and North Africa)!  We have a dance tent, a
musician tent and a lecture tent to accommodate all sorts of classes.

We are trying to have a beginner dance class each day and need more teachers
for that.

We have had beginner drum classes  each day in the past but really need more
teachers for that.

We are having cooking classes each day at 11:00 and could use one more class
at that time and can schedule cooking classes at other times as well.  We
are almost done making our clay oven and hope to bake bread in it this year.

We have at least one Arabic speaker who can teach a class, maybe two
depending on job vacation.  We could have a class each day if we have more
teachers of Arabic, spoken or written.

So if you can teach a dance class, we have the space and the time.

If you can drum or play any kind of instrument that can be taught to others,
please sign up for a class.  We are always looking for folks who can
organize groups of musicians so they learn to play together as a band.  If
you sign up for a class and we advertise it, they will come.

If you can teach a class on anything Middle Eastern, please consider signing
up.  We have some clothing classes, can always use more.  If you can teach
history, (the crusades, history of various countries, the Ottomans, etc.),
clothing (so many places, so many clothes), customs and social history, arts
and crafts (embroidery, tassel making, dyeing cloth, pottery, brick making,
etc.) war history and armor, language, literature (the Arabian Nights,
poetry, how to tell stories in period style, etc.) food (how to make it, who
ate what, period recipes, etc.), what ever you can think of that is Middle
Eastern, it can be taught.
