[MR] February 2012 Event Flyer Deadline January 1 - Reminder

Greetings!

The deadline for the February 2012 event flyer submissions is fast
approaching.  If you are an Autocrat or Seneschal with a February or March
event, please review your announcements online to verify they are correct.
 If you need to submit a flyer, please go to
http://spike.atlantia.sca.org/flyer/eflyer.php.  Please be sure all
corrections and submissions are received no later than January 1, 2012.

Don't forget, per Kingdom and Society Law, your event flyer MUST include the
following information:

- Date of Event: Day, month, and year that the event will take place.
- Duration: Start and stop time of event.
-Name of sponsoring group.
- Location & Directions: The location (name, street address, and
town) of the site. The postal code should also be included if
available.
- Autocrat: Autocrat's Society name, legal name, address, and
telephone number. The autocrat's email address may also be included if
desired.
- Cost: Cost of the event with deadlines, as necessary. If there is a
cost, the statement "Make checks payable to "SCA, Inc., (Group Name)"
must be included.
- Activities: Brief synopsis of event: activities planned, A&S
exhibitions or competitions, feast information, types of martial
activities being held, merchanting information, child care (or lack
thereof) information, whether it is a wet/dry site, whether or not
pets are allowed, handicapped accessibility, and any other
restrictions imposed by the site.
