[MR] 12th Night Feast Menu

Greetings!

Just in case you were waiting for the menu before making your 12th
Night Reservations, here it is!


The menu is based on meal descriptions and recipes from Rumpolt.

1st course:
	Green Salad with Relishes and Eggs (vegetarian)
	Poached Chicken with Parsley Sauce
	Bacon Tarts
	Hungarian Cheese Soup (vegetarian)
	Wheat Bread (vegetarian)

2nd course:
	Lemon Pepper Roast Beef in Pastry
	Hungarian Braised Pork with Apples
	Barley (vegetarian)
	Beets with Horseradish (vegetarian)
	

3rd  course:
	Roast Goose
	Lamb with Vegetables
	Lentils (vegetarian)
	Semolina Pottage (vegetarian)
	Rye Bread (vegetarian)

Dessert:
	Assorted Fritters (vegetarian)
	Stewed Pears (vegetarian)

Please note: The menu may change based on availability of certain
foods. Please contact the Head Cook with any dietary concerns –
complete ingredient lists will be available in the kitchen and we will
take every precaution with regards to cross contamination - the feast
is completely nut free, nothing that isn't obviously pork contains
pork, and we should be able to provide a reasonable meal for those who
are following a gluten free diet.
