Unto Your Majesties Cuan and Pádraigín, Your Highnesses Bryan and
Brianna, Your Excellencies Geldamar and Etain, the Triton Principal
Herald, the Atlantian College of Heralds, the populace of Atlantia and
all who read this missive:
Greetings from Lord Cian mac Cellacháin hUí Dubhlaich, Gordian Knot
Pursuivant herald, and herald of record for the Nottinghill Coill
Baronial Court held at The Yule Toy Tourney event in December, AS 46.
In the late afternoon on Saturday, December 10, 2011, Their Majesties of
Atlantia did hold a Royal Court. During the court, Their Excellencies of
Nottinghill Coill were invited to open a Baronial Court, the details of
which are herein recorded.
Their Excellencies spoke to the populace and told of their appreciation
for the turnout to the event, and most importantly, the amount of toys
that were collected for charity. Their Excellencies were extremely
pleased at the generosity that was shown by the populace.
Lady Alessandra Sartor was called into court, where she was complemented
on her skills in the Arts and Sciences, and Their Excellencies deemed it
imperative that They award Lady Alessandra with the Award of The Golden
Knot. In addition to the scroll, Baroness Etain presented Lady
Alessandra with a length of golden trim for use in a future project.
The newcomers to the event were bade to come forth and be welcomed and
given a token of remembrance from the hands of Their Excellencies.
Conrad Englehart was summoned before His Excellency, who congratulated
Conrad on achieving the rank of Bowman for his Royal Round scores on the
archery range. Baron Geldamar presented Conrad with the Bowman
medallion that His Excellency had received when He earned the rank.
The Autocrat, Admiral Brandon Caiside, was called forth to speak of the
event and to announce the winners of the various competitions during the
day. The Admiral thanked everybody for their generosity, and announced
that 481 toys had been collected! Resounding cheers were heard
throughout the hall!
His Excellency Count Sinclair Hawkins was then invited into court to
speak of the upcoming Baronial Natal Day celebration occurring at the
end of February, He included a demonstration of a balance game known as
Hunkerhousen.
Lord Savage Blackwolf was called forth from his position behind the
Royal Thrones to kneel before His Excellency who, pleased with Lord
Savage’s achievements and service, awarded him the Baron’s Award of
Excellence.
Their Excellencies summoned Lord Antonio Felluci to come before them.
Their Excellencies commented on Lord Antonio’s works on the fighting
field, and felt it was the right time to induct him into the Order of
the Sword Knot.
There being no further business, Their Excellencies did close Their
Baronial Court.
Later that evening, following feast, Their Excellencies did open Their
court once again. After announcing the winner of the Iron Chef
competition (Lord Nichola for Nottinghill Coill), Their Excellencies
realized it was time to rectify a wrong that had been done. Apparently,
despite having cooked feasts before, Lord Nichola had never been awarded
appropriately for it. Therefore, Their Excellencies inducted Lord
Nichola into the Order of the Pewter Spoon, and presented him with a
pewter spoon upon which the scroll text had been inscribed.
Following the presentation of the spoon, Their Excellencies did close
Their court.

faithful in service to Crown and Kingdom,
Lord Cian mac Cellacháin hUí Dublaich,
