[MR] Royal Bard competition - more info

Unto the populace of Atlantia does Mistress Dervila ni Leanon send  
greetings!

The time has come to choose the next Royal Bard of Atlantia. The  
competition will be held at 12th Night at 2:00. It will consist of  
three rounds. The first round's theme will be Love and the second  
round's them will be War. The third round will be performed at feast  
for Their Majesties at high table and will be performer's choice.

Documentation is required for the first two rounds, and suggested for  
the third.

The Royal Bard for is chosen for excellence in the individual  
performance of any of the following fields:  Singing,
Instrumental music, Poetic rendition, Storytelling.  The Royal Bard  
is encouraged, but not required, to be proficient in at
least two of these fields.

I urge all participants to read Appendix E of the September 2011  
revision of Kingdom Law on the suggested responsibilities of the  
Royal Bard
