Lady Deirdre,
It was my initial idea to have this in the evening running into night.
So far, no one has commented on a proposed hour but you, though I
admit this is newly hatched for discussion. My first thought was to
hold it after the dinner hour so that many can comfortably join
in. The one issue your comment brings forward is the "bus"
schedule. As I said in an earlier response, it has been some years
since i was able to attend Pennsic. There was a hay wagon, but no
formal bus service. Now I wonder what hours that service is limited
to? Something else to investigate to add information to the idea :D
