[MR] Pennsic Known World Bardic Competition

That sounds like a great idea :D

I must admit that the last time I was able to attend Pennsic, there 
was no "once again inn".  Which direction from the barn is this 
space?(north, south east or west).  I will collect this as well as 
the other ideas in order to build a proposal for this 
competition.  I'd rather make sure I have all the details and such 
correct rather than propose the competition only to find out I had 
not considered or been able to provide for something that would 
prevent its happening.
