I'll offer proof-reading on a limited basis. I taught writing cllasses at
USC and Morris College, and don't think the spellings of many words have
changed since back then. I'll even offer constructive editing suggestions.

M'Lady Karen and friends,

I wholly agree with Lady Karen's suggestions for sharing your A&S
projects and other ideas you have through our SCA media, particularly
TOURNAMENTS ILLUMINATED, but also THE COMPLETE ANACHRONIST, through
Stefan's FLORILEGIUM, and kingdom/local email publications. This is a
great way to share your work with a huge audience, and to have your
stories archived for many years.

Did you ever consider that the handout for an Atlantia University class
is the perfect basis for an article? If it is good enough for a class,
it should also work in print. You may need to flesh your writing out,
but most of the work will already be done.

There are even some non-Scadian outlets that pay, RENAISSANCE MAGAZINE
and their sister publications for example. They are quite open to all
sorts of articles, and do not require bibliographies.

Don't think you can write an article? No problem. Find a friend who can
help you with editing and clarity. Perhaps someone will even ghost it
for you. Ditto for the photographs. If you can't use a camera, or don't
know how to digitally edit, ask for help. Just remember to share the
credit (and any payments) with anyone who helps.

Yours Aye,

Lord Mungo Napier (former military journalist, and contributor to TI and
RENAISSANCE)
