[MR] A&S issue

I think there is now proof to any who doubted that this 'judging issue' 
really IS an issue.
I appreciate very much the messages in which people are honestly trying 
to explain the current 'routine' and even offer suggestions.
What I want to do now, is mount some kind of effort to improve the 
issue.  Mind, it will never be 'once and for all'...it will always be a 
process because there will always be new people coming into the Society 
and new judges learning that job too.
But, beyond sharing our misery with one another, what constructive 
things can we do?
