I'm both sad and glad to see that I am not alone. I got burned out on competitions years ago when I lived in Meridies, and discovered that things weren't much better when I moved here. But I love the projects I do and contrary to what apparently is popular belief, I research and have documentation for nearly every single project I undertake. I gave up worrying about what other folks think about my work years ago. I do it because I love it and when someone is interested, I am delighted to share what I know. I'm always on the lookout for new information, also. I do what I can for the good of my local group, and every once in a while I'll enter a competition. I get a lot more from simply sharing, though.
